Delete your account

You can delete your Enable Coffee account at any time. This page explains how, what happens to your data, and how to ask us to delete it for you if you can't sign in.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right of any page (or open Account from the menu).
  3. Tap SettingsDelete account.
  4. Read the confirmation screen, then tap Delete my account. We ask once more to make sure.
  5. You'll be signed out. Your account and data are deleted as described below.

Delete by email

If you can't sign in (lost device, forgotten email, etc.), email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". We'll verify it's you, delete the account, and confirm by email — usually within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

What we anonymise instead of deleting

Some records belong to two people — for example, an order between a runner and a client. If we deleted those rows outright, the other person would lose their own history (and potentially their tab balance).

So we anonymise these records on your side — the data stays for the linked counterparty, but with no personal information about you:

The counterparty sees their record intact (so their books still balance), but where your name once appeared it now reads "Deleted account". We don't keep a way to link these anonymised rows back to you.

Cancelling the deletion

Account deletion is immediate and final. We don't keep a "cooling-off" period — once it's done, we can't recover the account. If you want a break from the app, sign out instead and come back later.
